For your purchase mortgage application you will need

  • Sequential pay stubs for most recent 60 day period.

  • Social Security Reward Letter if applicable

  • Retirement income documentation if applicable

  • Personal tax returns all schedules for the year 2022 and 2021.

  • Business tax returns all schedules for the year 2022 and 2021 if ANY.

  • W2s for all jobs in the last 2 years.

  • 1099s for self employment worked during the most recent 2 year period or any other significant income.

  • Color or legible black and white copy of the front of your driver’s license.

  • Copy of social security card.

  • If you currently own Real Estate:

    • Current copy of mortgage statement showing account number

    • Annual home insurance policy information including payment and due date

    • Annual property tax information

    • Property owners association monthly payment statement

  • Sequential bank account statements for bank accounts to be used for down payment. Provide all pages including the blank and preprinted ones. If page one says page 1 of 6 then we need 6 pages. We need these for most recent 2 months.

  • Name and telephone number of your property insurance agent if selected.

  • Name and telephone number of your landlord or rental management company if ANY.

  • Purchase Contract, Amendments, Counter proposal, copy of cancelled Earnest Money check when available.

For your refinance mortgage application you will need

  • Sequential pay stubs for most recent 60 day period.

  • Social Security Reward Letter if applicable.

  • Retirement income documentation if applicable.

  • Personal tax returns all schedules for the year 2022 and 2021.

  • Business tax returns all schedules for the year 2022 and 2021 if ANY.

  • W2s for all jobs in the last 2 years.

  • 1099s for self employment worked during the most recent 2 year period or any other significant income.

  • Color or legible black and white copy of the front of your driver’s license.

  • Copy of social security card.

  • For all currently owned Real Estate:

    • Current copy of mortgage statement showing account number

    • Annual home insurance policy information including payment and due date

    • Annual property tax information

    • Property owners association monthly payment statement

  • Sequential bank account statements for bank accounts to be used to wire funds to close and for reserves. Provide all pages including the blank and preprinted ones. If page one says page 1 of 6 then we need 6 pages. We need these for most recent 2 months.

  • Name and telephone number of your property insurance agent.

  • Copy of your note and deed of trust from your most recent real estate or refinance closing on subject property.

  • Copy of your HUD-1 settlement statement or Closing Disclosure from your most recent real estate or refinance closing on subject property.
